This contemporary artwork is an original abstract painting. This series was painted after a line in a poem my father wrote which included the phrase Burnished Solar Winds. I found the poem one day, years after my father had passed over, when I was cleaning my art studio.  The poem was written about the ocean and about love. These works feature blue, green and turquoise along with gold and copper, the spectrum colours of the sea and beach. They reflect both my father's and my love of the ocean.
